Shipping & Delivery policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. SHIPPING TIME (UNITED STATES)
We currently ship primarily to customers within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
3. SHIPPING FEES
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
There are no additional shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. ORDER TRACKING
All orders include tracked shipping.
Tracking details are sent via email once your order is dispatched.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

6. DELIVERED PACKAGES
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

Waiting 24–48 hours in case of premature delivery scans
We will assist in filing a carrier investigation if necessary.
7. DELAYS
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

Such delays are outside of our control, but we will always assist in resolving shipping issues.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States.
If international shipping is offered in the future, customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
